Before Bright Line Counsel, I practiced law for 10 years at law firms. The part I enjoyed most about working at law firms was developing clients, nurturing these relationships, and helping resolve their disputes so that they continued to grow their businesses.

In multiple senior executive roles, I have been and continue to be responsible for strategic planning, sales initiatives and growth, and implementing operational efficiencies. Over the course of 10+ years, I have led multiple companies to successfully achieve their exits through strategic partners and private equity investors.

At Bright Line Counsel, the drive we have is to become trusted partners with our clients. Our mission is to deliver clarity, consistency, and predictability for our clients so that they can focus on their core businesses. Our goal is to make their jobs more manageable.
