Five-hundred attorney firm with offices across the US is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with a focus on residential and commercial real estate litigation, mortgage, and foreclosure matters.
This attorney will manage cases and handle an active caseload for the firm’s banking and lending institutional clients.
The ideal candidate for this remote need will have strong communication skills and at least seven-years of relevant litigation experience including drafting pleadings, taking and
defending depositions and representing firm clients in court.
