Patent Litigation Associate

Minneapolis office of national firm has an immediate need for a Patent Litigation Associate to join their highly regarded IP and Technology Practice Group.   The ideal candidate for this position will have between three- and six-years’ experience with complex patent and technology litigation matters.  This position requires strong communication and research skills and offers the opportunity for hands on experience and frequent and direct client contact.  USPTO membership is preferred but not required.  Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota, meet the requirement for admission on motion, or be willing to sit for the exam at the next opportunity.  The compensation range for this position is between $195,000 – $235,000.
