Mid-to-Senior Construction litigation associate needed for firm’s Cincinnati or Columbus, OH office. The ideal candidate will possess three to six years of experience representing designers, architects and builders in matters such as design claims, breach of contract, construction defects, and payment disputes is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are a plus. Hybrid work schedule is available.
