Large Memphis based law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Chicago office. The ideal candidate for this position will have between two and five years’ experience in a range of complex commercial litigation matters. The candidate in this position will work closely with the Financial Services Business Unit, engaging in all phases of litigation, including conducting investigations, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions. Proficiency in both state and federal courts is preferred. The salary range for this position is between $230,000 and $250,000.
